I mentioned a journal in one of my blogs . I said I had one page meant for all my medium ideas. What else is there in this notebook you might be wondering? Is it helpful in other ways?

Today, in this article, you will be reading about a Journal. It is more helpful than it seems.

A journal can be any book. It can be a large book that does not even look like a journal or it can be a journal itself. What matters is what is in the inside. Don’t judge a book by it’s cover. We learnt that in kindergarten didn’t we?

Step 1 : Get a book, duh.

Next, is the important part. Take the first page or so, and write down a list of everything you need to track. Mine is — Tracking groceries for my family, Tracking how much food my family orders, birthdays, special days I need to remember, medium ideas, sketching ideas etc.

Now you have a vision of what you want to do with it. You can use this journal to take notes during classes, sketching, writing to-dos, important dates, school work etc. You can even use this journal for writing about your day — a diary.

This journal that you have created, is basically all that is important to you, written down in one notebook. Besides all that is important for tracking and notes, you should definitely try making a gratitude list or list of things you care about or can’t live without. It may not be necessary and may be time consuming, but appreciating what you have is important. You don’t want to find that out the hard way, trust me.

You don’t have to do every single thing that I have said in this article. It’s everything that is important for YOU. Don’t follow everything this 12 year old girl says. It is YOUR life after all.

Thanks for reading, I hope this helped. Catch you next time!
